Shipping kept getting delayed. This is coming from China and I'm in the US. They were proactive about notifying me and in fact I received a second delay notice that wasn't necessary. So I think this has to be expected if you're in my position and I appreciate the steps they took to keep me informed.

Item was as product description and was packaged in bubble wrap. The condition was new and functional. I'm not using this phone with a sim card so I cannot comment on that. It came with charger and earphones. I got the white bb10 and it looks super cool. Tracking worked as it was supposed to. I recommend this buyer and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. Thank you!
