Throughout August, I repeatedly messaged this seller about when the item would ship. Finally they responded with "Monday." A week later, with no shipping notification, I messaged again. Their excuse this time was that they were on vacation mode on eBay. A week later, I finally got a notification that the shipping label was created. A week after that, USPS still has not received the package. Insane customer service.

The seller agreed to my offer but didn’t not reduce the sales price. The shipping took longer than anticipated. But I am pleased with my purchase which enhanced my space.
