I contacted them and there was a quick friendly response in helping me with the replacement. I totally recommend purchasing a refurbished laptop from them, other than issue ( small screen distortion) the laptop works perfectly! Not to mention the great price! I am happy and pleased with choosing one from this company. I will definitely buy from them again

Seller was very attentive to the issue, and took care of it, with NO problems.

I contacted the seller, and he was very fast to respond to the problem. I decided to return the item. The refund was within days. I would recommend this seller to anyone; I'd rate him as A-Plus.
