I accidentally ordered powder coated and wanted to exchange. They were very accommodating and customer service responded quickly and professionally to emails about my concerns. The return process had some hiccups due to eBay return policies, but the seller went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Value was ok given the typical price new from dealership. Slow shipping but it was packaged well and there were no issues with balancing. I messaged them about the shipping delay and was told two business day which is no issue however it shipped on the 3rd or fourth day instead. I accidently had the wrong shipping address, and was able to contact them, and they were able to fix it without issues. They called me back, then called me back to assure me the address was changed and the package was shipping to the correct location. Great customer service, great product!
