I messaged the seller and had a reply within a few minutes. They immediately sent out another piece which arrived the very next day. The seller couldn't have been more helpful and to say I was impressed would be an understatement. Absolutely Awesome service. The quality, condition, appearance and value were amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They were truly amazing. Received sample HALF the size requested... Seller ignored my complaint; had to contact eBay support after requesting a return and getting no pre-paid label from seller, despite their mistake. Still never received a response from seller. Poor customer service: I wouldn't trust them to resolve any order issues.
