I can actually zip down my pants legs over my boots. My last two sets of leather pants I had to leave the zippers open. You don't want custom sizes to be skintight. Look at the third picture down (standard size chart) to get an idea of what size you actually fit in (at the dealer) and adjust from there. The fourth picture down shows the type of custom measurements they need. They will email you about the size.

I am a male Virgo and I admit that I am picky but the seller is patient enough and tried his best to fulfil all my needs despite some of them are rather difficult.
