    I'd like to start off by saying this seller had great communication. The mug was very well packaged and shipped promptly. When I received the mug, it was not the correct glaze color, which was pictured in the listing and description. I reacted out to the seller and he offered to refund my money if I sent it back. I decided I was going to keep it anyways, so it was all sorted out. The seller was very easy to work with.
