One of the oxígen sensor location was off by about 1 and a half inches facing down so was not able to use the original catalytic shield so I just wrapped it with insulation and the welds looked not so great but as long as there was no exhaust leak I was okay with it. The best part was the price and the fitment of the whole piece itself.

However it does operate as it should.
