The helmet arrived undamaged despite how it was packaged. It was not shipped in a box but instead wrapped in bubble wrap, put in a plastic bag and then taped. Not at all what I was expecting. But no worries, it arrived new without a scratch or ding. I am very pleased to have it. The seller quickly responded to my questions which is always a plus. I would buy from again.
