No fault of their own Royal Mail lost the parcel, notified them it hadn't arrived immediate response offered refund or would re-send, found they were out of stock in the size I needed & were awaiting stock delivery which was delayed but as soon as they had them posted 24hr tracked & arrived last night. Great & a renewed faith some people do do the right thing these days.
