I recently needed more "Peach" fabric and I decided to buy from this company without expecting it to be a perfect match. Unfortunately what has arrived is so visually far of the mark from a previous buy, but also from this present company's very own illustration. Photo shows previously bought sample patch on top.. This company's order is flat on the bottom, so now very disappointed.

Only after enquiring to clarify, why I was sent the wrong design and colour was I told that the one I wanted was "faulty" or out of stock. But it was still available for sale on their website. Have to now find somewhere to print the return label to send it back. Then wait fir a refund. Would have saved me time and money if they'd told me they had none in stock! Poor Customer Service. 1st image: what I paid for. 2nd image: what they sent. Clearly are different

I wanted it for a specific pattern. They sent it out any way, heaven alone knows why. The seller told me to return it for a refund. 11 days later, it still hasn't arrived! I can't even be certain they sent it, as there's no tracking for it. Seller is unreliable and unprofessional.
