I would add that they claim they can't ship with batt. because it's a hazardous blah blah...thats BS. it's a LR44 1.5v button cell. Everyone else on the planet ships with batteries no problem, not hazardous. I don't know if that makes them shady, stupid or crazy but those are your only 3 choices. I'd buy from them again though I'm happy.

The unit I purchased was out of stock by the time I paid for it and was contacted by the seller. But they sent me another machine that was actually worth more than the one I had bought! And their customer service is totally awsome! They were very patient and helped me set up the machine. The item arrived very quickly in perfect condition. When i had a couple of challenges getting the laser cleaner running the seller answered every question super quickly with supporting photos. Could not be happier. I will be purchasing a larger model in the future if this machine operates as it should over the next 6 months.
