I followed all his instruction to return the tool, used his RMA, it was shipped back, he refused to accept it in order to delay making a refund. He then opened up an ebay investigation (didn't know there was such a thing...) causing even more of a delay despite it not being in my posession. After calling ebay, they immediately ruled in my favor and are refunding my full payment. As there was a battery in this item, i had to SIGN for the delivery. SO, i had to drive 2 hours round trip to pick it up from Fed Ex hub. Just got it Friday night after work and its now Saturday morning. Going refund and found this message. Very impatient buyer that couldn't decide if he was going to keep it or send it back which delayed it another week or so. I was so disappointed and hurt. Getting him to refund was a real gymnastics smug blaming the Post Office made me wait. Just not a classy guy. I’ll never do business again. I will send you a pro tip. You packaged the Neon. E bay seller protection asked the buyer to do the same. He refused. I asked him to go to E bay and request a return to get a return label and i got this(Give me your address. I’ll just send it back.) I asked again to go to E bay and i got this(It doesn’t work that way for crying out loud) Finally got him to do it and send it back the correct way.
