I give the highest marks to the seller for taking quick action to do what they could to rectify the problem to the best of their ability.

It’s a quality flag, very well made and worth the price easily. There was a shipping issue, but seller responded quickly and shipped me a new item at no cost. I am very satisfied and would absolutely do business again! A++++++

But T-W-C was responsive when contacted and may have shipped a replacement unit. All's well now.
