    One week after placing the order and it still hasn't shipped. Reached out to seller and the seller responded with an ETA after the EBay delivery date. The package ended up being shipped 10 days after placing the order. It took another week for the package to arrive crumpled, dirty and missing the rear light. Ended up returning the bike light.

    The buyer had updated on his text message with the shipping process and the timing that the package gonna receive by him. I shipped the package on time and then shipping process is not up to my control. The buyer New exactly step-by-step when the package gonna arrive to him.

    I didn’t have a good experience with this seller. Ordered a charging case for iPhone 14 Pro and 3 weeks later, the mailman showed up with smashed box and I could clearly see it was a case for a 14 Pro MAX. I refused delivery. I contacted the seller and at first he tried to say I must have ordered the MAX so I screenshotted the invoice/order clearly showing it was for the 14 pro, not the Max. He said he was out of the country and refused refund, I finally had to protest CC charge. Buyer beware
