Many mainstream nutrition experts claim that fish are healthful alternatives to red meat and dairy products because of their omega-3 fatty acid content. However, the contamination of fish species by industrial and consumer pollutants is posing an increased risk to human health.     This antique book arrived quickly via USPS. It was as photographed and described and a good value. Unfortunately it shipped in a padded plastic envelope which was poor protection for a fragile old object. It dropped thru my mail-slot and hit the floor hard, most likely further damaging one corner. Still, after doing some minor repairs and cleaning the book is what I had hoped for. Thank you.
