They even rang me to find out what the problem was and had it sorted in record time, i have no problems recommending this company as they go far and beyond to get things sorted. i have two of their chain sharpeners one for 3/8 404 chain and one for 325 and 3/8LP chain. if you are in the market for a good quality sharpener don't waste your money on overpriced Oregon.

Minimal assembly required and the whole grinder looks robust and well made. I have mounted it on a jig that I can place in a vice on a bench, making it portable. Now I'm aboit to read the instructions and set it up for my chain.
