I received all the books except one in the time frames I was given. The missing one came a little later because 2 copies of one book had been mistakenly sent initially. I contacted seller and was promptly told the missing book would be sent and the duplicate wouldn't need to be returned. I can reccomend this seller without any reservations!

One of the three books was very delayed and the seller was quick to get me a tracking number. Very pleased with their level of service offered. Received all of my books in great condition.
