I LOVE the HIGHLY VISIBLE red plastic protective box, plus the desiccant bag in a sealed zip-lock plastic bag. My shop gets very humid in the summers. I ordered a 40nmtb tool holder from them that arrived and had what appeared to be a factor defect ( which happens so not their fault). They didn’t hesitate to fix the issue and had a replacement in the mail in two days.
