These guys sold me a Dell XPS 17 at a great price and then when I experience some issues that were not explained in the description they took the laptop back free of charge, spent the time to fix it properly, clean it and send it back to me like it was good as new. They let me know when the issues were resolved and even sent me a video showing everything working as normal before returning it to me.

The battery was having problems but great customer service I was offered to return for full refund or they could do a partial refund to cover buying a new battery. Since the laptop is in such great shape, I chose the partial and just replaced the battery. Great price and excellent, timely customer service! I would definitely buy from them again!!
