There was no such description so I sent an e-mail asking why state it was damaged if this was in the original advert. The reply was that it was captured in the picture, which it was not. The company is not registered in companies house. Buyer completely makes up a story about the item being damaged, my replies, pictures, etc. He claims to have looked up my company and my address and implies they are fake. Pure madness. Regardless, how is that is in any way, shape or form relevant to the transaction? Embarrassing.
