The seller shipped the item out on time. The packaging was my only slight gripe. It was mailed in a thin bag and my mailman did not help by stuffing it in my small community box. I forgot the bear's opening was under it's arm and contacted the seller. The seller was super nice and quick to respond. Would absolutely buy from them again.

To be fair, normally not a problem at all, but an extra bubble wrap or paper layer might have been useful).
