I’ve purchased tons of items to my PO Box and this is the first time I have ever had my PO Box management company tell me I have to pay .53 cents for postage. Terrible way of doing business to put the cost of postage on the customer. Not happy at all!! We would of definitely worked to resolve your issue. Ebay standing shipping tracking and delivery times we cannot control. We have only had 1 other issue with them claiming postage was due and resolved this quickly. We wish you well though and hope you still enjoy your card. Be sure to message buyers in the future so they can work with you to resolve any shipping issues. I know your new here so just some helpful tips. Cheers

That said, with a high-value, quality box like this, I’d expect it to be shipped with better protective wrapping. The delivery was late by four days but I don’t fault the shipper… this was a USPS issue. In general, I have no complaints about this specific interaction as the seller was quick to process the package out their door and the cards thankfully arrived in good condition.
