I reached out to the seller and he or she said there was nothing that could be done for a partial refund of only 4 dollars and they said no just return it. You would think they wouldnt want to pay for return shipping and just give a small partial refund, but I guess not. Either way I am returning the shirt and it was a big waste of time! Stay away from this seller!!
