Did not ship , did not communicate until after the fact. Offered refund and returned my money. That was the least I would expect, since they did not ship the product never and offered an excuse after the fact. Still it was a poor transaction. this was a week after no action on their part. Definitely don t buy from them. They are not doing me a favor by returning / refunding my money. Buyer you decide

Not to mention one in such GOOD condition. My purchase arrived in record time, was packaged really securely. The hook was pricey but the quality and craftsmanship were as described by the seller and very well worth it. I would use this seller again.
