It was well protected, then packed again is a bigger box with much more padding. Probably overpadded, over packed. Fedex was an ok choice .. glad it was not UPS ... USPS might have been a little cheaper, and a smaller box might have helped. Consider Pirate ship to lower cost. Both devices turned on, displayed info, and read disks. Decent value except shipping cost. As described.

It was only in a clear plastic bag. It was not protected in the box it was shipped in. This is not a deal breaker for me. A great buy for a beautiful set & well worth the purchase price for such value. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
