Yet the old shirt has been washed at least 22 times, the sleeves are 3 inches longer than this new shirt that has not been washed yet. The material of the new shirt is thinner than the older shirt. So the quality of the brand has gone DOWN. Why would I be "satisfied" with this purchased?????

Box was damaged during shipping,and one of the glasses was cracked in several places. The seller was quick in offering either a partial refund or return free of charge. Then, seller informed me that a request was being made to the warehouse for a replacement of the cracked glass. Very impressed with this seller!

And I mean literally sent it out, not just "created a label" and then waited until the last second to drop it at USPS 🙄 Coat arrived new with tags, as advertised, and I really like it. It's super pretty! It's not very thick, but not too thin either... I'm sure it will work great in chilly weather. So I would definitely recommend this seller!
