The parcel shelf was well packed; however, the box the parcel came in was damaged. Fortunately, the shelf was in good condition thanks to the bubble wrap padding that encased the shelf. It was as described on the website. It is of good quality, looks good and was very easy to fit. It fits well and in my opinion is great value for money compared to others I had researched.
