The item arrived within the time frame stated at the time of purchase. I had to return the item and my request to do so was immediate and hassle free and I like that. I was provided with a no hassle return label that the post office was able to easily access and print, I like that too. All in all the experience was pleasant and I really like that.

I emailed the seller with pictures and they emailed me back within 10 to 20 minutes with a solution that I was happy with. I will do business with this company again if I need something they have.

However the buyer may return item if not satisfied. Fork bushings get replaced at one time. I saw 4 in the picture and no quantities in description. So ask questions if you are not sure what you are buying. Delivery was quick. The 2 bushings were in a sealed plastic bag in a very lg. envelope. They could have gotten damaged in shipping easily.
