The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is the fifth game in the classic Elder Scrolls franchise. This entry in the series takes place in the land of Tamriel. This setting is a departure from the settings of games like Daggerfall, a territory that is home to frigid temperatures and ferocious barbarians. In the midst of a civil war, a dragon attacks. You are the Dovahkiin, the prophesied slayer of dragons, and your goal is to kill Alduin, the leader of these dragons, in order to bring peace back to Tamriel. It will take the average player 40 hours to complete the main quest, but it could take over 200 hours for players to play through everything in this open-world game.In this version of Elder Scrolls, you will have the ability to use the language of the dragons. This language manifests itself in the form of a shout that allows you to perform incredible feats. The feats include forcing enemies off a cliff and freezing your foes solid. The draw distance is long, meaning you can see for miles ahead of you. Each enemy is rendered in astonishing detail, and you can see every scale on a dragon.
