I have no complaints about the item or the seller. However, a word of warning to anyone looking to buy one of these: Original packaging is not a plus. The plastic/rubber/whatever that the cord is made of interacts with the styrofoam and melts into it over time. I think the cord is fine, but it has bits of styrofoam stuck to it quite nicely, and will be difficult to clean.
