I videoed excited to get to see him opening, however, we were both disappointed to see every single glass was broken. Nowhere on the box was the word “FRAGILE “ written. It was clear the seller didn’t package anything broken, rather, they must have broken once out of their possession in transportation process. I contacted the seller asking what people typically do in this situation. They responded immediately & refunded. Great service so I do recommend!!
