I reached out to the vendor to mention this issue, and within the hour he had replied and responded with sending out a new power supply. I have just received the power supply and everything is now working properly. I'm very impressed with the customer service on this product. Haven't gotten around to trying to digital piano much yet, but from my initial tests, it sounds pretty dang good!
