PC was exceptionally dirty on the inside. For example, RAM slots made a crunching sound because they were so dusty. I will do some more testing on it. I may ultimately overlook these issues because the value was fairly good.

Most time the on button is on the right so I kept pressing it nothing happened. I troubleshooted still no power. I contacted seller and he told me put in a return request no problem. Well while repacking the pc I noticed another on button on left retried the pc came on. Great seller will buy another pc soon from this vendor.
