This laptop requires a 230W adapter and was received with a 90W adapter and the wrong cord to go from the adapter to the wall. When I contacted them about it, I got a quick reply, and apology, and quick shipping on the correct adapter with a tracking number. GREAT customer service!! I highly recommend this seller and would buy from them again!! A+++++

They sent the right unit immediately and got it in a few days (very fast in the eBay universe). Apologies (accepted, by the way), no excuses, just did the right thing. Nice, simple, no BS transaction. Unit nicely packaged and was in better condition than expected. Definitely a good seller to save. Thanks!!
