We were busy with an in store signing (several hundred people in our store at the time) when they called and hadn't gotten back to them yet (the next morning). We messaged letting them know we would send the correct litho with a return label for the incorrect card. After they refused this offer, we let them know we would send a return label for the card and give a full refund. Sorry for such horrible service?
