I bought this as a gift and it arrived in time but it arrived rather damaged due to the seller shipping it in a box the same exact size as product. After I messaged they lied about it being the original manufacturers box, box was plain, manufacturers box will have information about the product such as carton # or upc information/ codes for the product. The seller is terrible a packaging orders. We bought and shipped over 50 of these units. All were shipped in the manufacturer's box. It was shipped during the holidays where boxes get handled aggressively. When the buyer reached out, they started fishing for a partial refund which we do not offer. They refused a free return and when I wouldn't pay up, they leave this.
