It took 11 days to arrive so came after it was needed. After 5 days of waiting for the item I got a reply to my first message to say it would arrive in 1/2 days which it didn’t, she then ignored all my other messages. EBay gave a refund as seller ignored my request. Will never use again

The item has only been delivered today (13th August) so is too late and now not needed. I contacted the seller the 10th but have heard nothing as I wish to get a refund as I had to rush out and buy a generic supermarket topper

Arrived in plenty time for Xmas and my nieces both love their cups and used them with their Xmas lunch. Thanks again for such a quick turn around.
