The purchase price was very good and the shipping was free. The pack of sensor covers came in 4 different colors which is very nice. The sensor covers were packaged in a plastic shipping bag for protection and they arrived very quickly. This Seller is A+++++ Thank You Very Much!!!

Might have happened during shipping since the shoes were only in a poly bag. Other packages may have crushed or scraped into the shoes causing the damage. Since the gouge out is small and on the top of the shoe, it won't affect the comfort. Overall, the shoes seem to be good quality & are as those pictured/described in the listing. I feel that the price was good, so I do recommend this seller.

Contacted, the seller told us that we could open the box and return the item if we were not satisfied with it. Items were brand new and are working great so far.
