This was NOT in any way Seller's fault-who always provides excellent service. I've purchased many items here before, always w/quick shipping, good packaging, a nice variety of items & great customer service. Sometimes things happen outside our control. I mentioned the post office's mishap & was immediately sent a full refund. I will continue to shop here with this Seller, whom I very highly recommend.
