USPS might have been a little cheaper, and a smaller box might have helped. Consider Pirate ship to lower cost. Both devices turned on, displayed info, and read disks. Decent value except shipping cost. As described.

It was only in a clear plastic bag. It was not protected in the box it was shipped in. This is not a deal breaker for me. I would recommend buying items from this seller as they were honest and fair about their products. The item was as described. The value for the money was excellent.
