This laptop requires a 230W adapter and was received with a 90W adapter and the wrong cord to go from the adapter to the wall. When I contacted them about it, I got a quick reply, and apology, and quick shipping on the correct adapter with a tracking number. GREAT customer service!! I highly recommend this seller and would buy from them again!! A+++++

It was well packed with bubble wrap and paper, very fast shipping as promised (shipped Friday, received Sunday morning via Fed Ex. to IL, Chicago-land area. Looks to be a great value for the net price (discounted!). It checks out with the functionality as described. I'd buy from this vendor again!
