Along with packaging (from face powder to cocoa), posters (fasion, travel), magazine covers (Art et Industrie) and typefaces (Fondries Deberny et Peignot), Heller and Fili offer up more unusual finds like a tin toy truck, point-of-puchase displays, enamel signs and even buttons on illustrated button cards, all showing the striking colors and geometry of Deco. Well-known designers like Cassandre, Carlu and Colin are represented, among many lesser known and even unknown artists. Beautifully printed, these books are a joy to own.
