Seller answered my first email over this issue, but did not replied to my second. However the item was as described and was good value, hence buying by post. Motorcycle helmets when sent by post are usually packed with bubble wrap or foam padding for protection but this helmet was in its original box, with a slightly bigger outer box. Not a good practice in my opinion.

Arrived next day, exactly as described. Returned as didn’t fit (totally my fault)! Full refund (minus very reasonable postage cost) was issued promptly and efficiently with no quibble or fuss! I would definitely buy from these guys again, highly recommended!!
