This laptop requires a 230W adapter and was received with a 90W adapter and the wrong cord to go from the adapter to the wall. When I contacted them about it, I got a quick reply, and apology, and quick shipping on the correct adapter with a tracking number. GREAT customer service!! I highly recommend this seller and would buy from them again!! A+++++

They sent the right unit immediately and got it in a few days (very fast in the eBay universe). Apologies (accepted, by the way), no excuses, just did the right thing. It was well packed with bubble wrap and paper, very fast shipping as promised (shipped Friday, received Sunday morning via Fed Ex. to IL, Chicago-land area. Looks to be a great value for the net price (discounted!). It checks out with the functionality as described. I'd buy from this vendor again!
