Courier service need to be well managed & update to provide real time tracking for customers. Delivery was so fast, i have got my item within 20 days from purchase,with safely packed item. They both came in the same box with excellent wrapping. This was my first time ordering thru Ebay and I have been very pleased with the experience. I had been looking for a pair of projectors but the ones I was looking at were in the $300-$400 apiece! Imagine my surprise when I was able to locate these NEC projectors for $125 apiece. They are just what I needed.

However, the seller was gracious about returning it.  I am confident that my refund will come after the seller rechecks the product for any possible shipping damage. Warning to buyers of used projectors: don’t go by the picture for the size!
