There was also a follow up phone call to see if I was satisfied with my prior interaction. The price was fair including shipping cost. The preamp arrived exactly as promised which they were happy to delay since I was out of the country. It was packed beautifully and thoroughly.The condition of the preamp was accurately described and in person, the blemishes were less noticeable than described.
