After contacting the seller, they issued me a refund. It's a shame because the contents are unique and currently unavailable elsewhere. Despite this shipping issue, this seller is trustworthy; I recommend him.

Communication was great though the whole transaction and it was clear that the seller cared about the problem I was having and wanted to rectify it. I would gladly buy from this seller again.
