So far I’ve been to 4 different hardware stores and none have a 3-1/2” or 3-3/4” length bolt which I believe would be just right. I am very happy with the fit and finish of the product. Shipping seems high, I did not need communication with the seller but he could have said “thanks for choosing his product”

The uninsulated box was shipped in a mailing bag and arrived damaged, yet the part had no detectable damage upon inspection. An instruction sheet was NOT included, but certainly would be most helpful to install properly. Said they can’t send the correct item as they don’t and never did have it, just send it back they say, because obviously ive got lots of free time to rectify there mistakes!!!
