When the item did arrive, it was clearly drop shipped from another company in a different part of the county. They apologized and had the label generated and the part in the mail within a few hours and it arrived within 3 days. The part itself is good quality and as advertised. The picture/information represented in the ad about the item was inaccurate, however. The ends were represented to be male where one was male and the other is female. Another piece has to be ordered to make the hose work. Vendor otherwise was good to work with.
